Sett stekovnen p\u00e5\n225\u00ba og stikk sm\u00e5 hull rundt hele bakepoteten, og bak de i ca en time til de er\nmyke inni. Ikke pakk dem inn i folie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. I mens de er i\novnen s\u00e5 kan man koke ertene etter anvisning og la de kj\u00f8les ned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Hakk opp skinken og\nr\u00f8dl\u00f8ken i strimler og bland i creme fraichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Smaksett deretter\nmed karri, cayennepepper, paprikapulver, salt og pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Bland i ertene og\nsett i kj\u00f8leskap inntil servering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
